She is a licensed clinical social worker with multiple years of experience in the mental health field and has worked with many different groups ranging from children to the elderly. Damika specializes in relationship issues, conflict resolution, and communication. She works with couples, families, and individuals to assist with meeting personal goals. Damika also utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and many other modalities to address the client’s concerns.
