I founded Heart 2 Heart Wellness Center to join with adults and children to achieve their mental wellness goals. We are a virtual telehealth wellness experience and believe that a holistic approach to self-care is the key to living your best life. Self-care comes in many forms, and we specialize in mental health therapy, meditation, therapeutic yoga, and holistic healthcare services. H2H was cultivated to exude a warm energy that is inviting and safe to explore how to be your best self and you will be taught how to create this environment in the comfort of your own home to allow for lasting impact of your holistic health services.

Unexpected challenges, loss, or the simple momentum of life can sometimes make it hard to feel solid or know how to respond. Inner distress or outward behaviors can make it difficult to feel good about oneself or get along with others. At these times, one can benefit greatly from the support of a trained therapist to explore experiences, feelings, and concerns. I create a confidential supportive space where clients have the opportunity to draw upon their inner strengths and capacity to grow, discover new perspectives, tools, and options for behavior, and develop as individuals to improve their quality of life.

I have been helping individuals and couples transform their lives for over 25 years. My work is holistic. We target the root causes of your distress instead of just skimming the surface level of symptoms. When root causes are addressed, symptoms can dissolve. We dive deeply into the core issues that are keeping you stuck, disconnected and dissatisfied in your life and relationships. My process is efficient, effective, respectful, safe and profound. Ideal clients are people who are passionate about healing and ready to release patterns of behavior that no longer serve them.

Hi There! Thanks for taking the time to visit my page. Many of my clients have reached a place where they are no longer comfortable with the status quo. Perhaps the last argument with a parent was too much? Maybe childhood trauma continues to show up in your relationships? Or maybe daily life with your partner or your workplace isn't feeling quite how you'd imagined. I believe that understanding the impact of our families, trauma, and social environment is critical to our understanding of ourselves. My hope is that sessions leave you with curiosities about yourself and others, and a feeling of empowerment and possibility.

You’ve always managed to maintain control but life just became overwhelming and your usual coping techniques aren’t working. Not knowing what else to do, you find yourself doing more of the same. When working long hours does nothing to soothe your fear that you are an imposter, you work more. When one glass of wine fails to take the edge off your work stress, your pour yourself another. Now, others are starting to notice you don't have your act perfectly together and your frustration with yourself has built itself into a litany of self-criticism.

When we are struggling with our mental health, the question often asked is “What’s wrong with you?” instead of “What happened to you?” Sadly, many people who have reached out for help have found themselves shamed, invalidated, and in worse shape than they were before. My goal is to provide an affirming and safe therapeutic environment for all identities, and I welcome individuals who are trying therapy for the first time, as well as those who have had previous experiences. I regularly work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and life transitions.
