My approach focuses on helping you identify and work through whatever it is that is keeping you from reaching your full potential. I am collaborative, compassionate, and accepting. I have an interactive style, in which we work together to make sense of your experiences. Please contact me for additional information to help you make your decision.

With over 30 years' experience, I combine talk therapy with behavioral and cognitive techniques in individual, group and couples sessions.
The time is right to take action and start therapy, begin to relieve your pain and transform your life. Most of us can’t do it alone. I am here to help you navigate life’s twists and turns, find lasting change and thrive. Together, we will work to resolve day-to-day problems and dive deeper into larger issues: anxiety, depression, isolation, family crises, complicated relationships, grief, lose, abuse and trauma. My clients come from around the world and different walks of life: straight adult women and men; members of the LGBTQ+ community; interracial couples; and adoptive parents.

My approach is eclectic—though grounded psychodynamic (aka “Talk”) therapy, I blend several modalities into my work, including mindfulness, yoga, cognitive behavioral therapy, and attachment theory.
I work with ages 10+ who are experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, trauma, CPTSD/PTSD, and grief. I believe what we resist persists, so challenges are best overcome when faced directly with courage and compassion. True healing and change can take time and effort, and I believe deeply in the power of therapy to create a dynamic for growth and change—helping individuals create the selves and lives they hope to live.
