My approach integrates Brainspotting, somatic therapy, parts work, and psychoanalytic insight.
You may appear capable on the outside yet feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, people-pleasing, or never feeling “enough.” Past wounds—from childhood experiences, painful relationships, or social pressures—can shape how you see yourself and how you move through the world. Many of the people I work with are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, or individuals who have navigated racism, sexism, ableism, or other forms of marginalization and have learned to mask or minimize parts of themselves to get by.

When talk therapy doesn't seem like enough, I use EMDR and Brainspotting to process difficult emotions by accessing the central nervous system.
Healing and change are possible for all of us. I am reminded daily of people's innate ability to mend and grow if they are provided with the right tools in a supportive and compassionate environment. Past events can leave scars and behavior patterns that can get in the way of people leading the life that they choose. I create a safe space where we can work together to allow scars to heal and for transformative change to take place. My clients experience healing from sexual trauma, adverse life events, relationship issues, and dissociative symptoms. They find freedom from feeling "stuck".

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or others? You don’t have to navigate it alone. I help young professionals and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling burned out, caught in old patterns, or navigating cultural or identity-based stress, therapy can be a space to slow down, gain clarity, and create meaningful change. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and the people in your life, I’d be honored to support you.

I incorporate a blend of specialized techniques including: Somatic Therapy, Parts Work, Mindfulness, and Brainspotting.
Healing often happens when we move beyond "knowing" and begin "feeling." Many people I work with share that, from the outside, they may appear to have it all together. Yet inside, there might be a persistent feeling of inadequacy or a critical voice saying that you aren’t quite "enough." You may have even tried therapy before and walked away with a helpful intellectual understanding of your past, while still feeling as though your daily life and emotional reactions haven't fully shifted.

Using somatic techniques, Brainspotting, EMDR, and mindfulness meditation alongside talk therapy, I help clients strengthen mind-body connection and foster well-being and resilience amid complex life transitions.
It’s natural to feel unsteady when life shifts in ways we never imagined. Sometimes change comes fast. The challenge is to keep finding joy and living fully as we cope. You might not know exactly what’s wrong, only that something feels off. I support professionals facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, burnout, or life transitions—many repeating patterns from unmet childhood emotional needs. Being stuck is okay; the healing begins when we understand it and gently move toward thriving. I work with both international and american clients. My practice reflects a balance of cultures, backgrounds, and shared human experiences.

I utilize principles of Internal Family Systems (or "parts work"), psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness-based therapies, as well as ERP and Brainspotting.
My clients would describe me as easy to talk to, genuine, warm, inquisitive, and validating. While I take therapy seriously, I also think laughter is a powerful medicine. If you're tired of "just talking" in therapy, my interactive style might work well for you. If you're an "overthinker", I can help you get out of your head and into your emotions and body.

Do you dread going to sleep because of recurring nightmares? Do you wake up feeling anxious, unsettled, or emotionally drained? Nightmares can be more than just bad dreams—they can disrupt your sleep, impact your mood, and interfere with your daily life. You don’t have to navigate that alone. Nightmares are often your mind’s way of processing unresolved experiences or overwhelming emotions. Together, we will gently explore the patterns, triggers, and while building practical tools to reduce their frequency and intensity. My approach is anchored in trauma-informed, queer affirming, and anti-racist practices.

Brainspotting Therapists
How does brainspotting work?
Brainspotting works by using eye positioning to identify and process traumatic memories so that a client is better able to move forward and live with less fear. The theory behind brainspotting is that by identifying where a person looks when thinking of traumatic memories, a therapist will be able to guide them to focus on that spot and work with the client to get them out of the “fight, flight, freeze” response associated with the traumatic memory.

Is brainspotting an evidence-based therapy?
Brainspotting is a theory-based alternative therapy. It is one of the newest forms of treatment, so very little research has been completed that examines the mechanism by which it works. The theory behind brainspotting is that eye position can be linked to areas of the brain that store and process memory.

How effective is brainspotting?
Because it is such a new treatment, the effectiveness of brainspotting cannot be quantified. Some people have found it to be effective on its own, or in conjunction with other types of therapy. It is considered an alternative therapy, and it is popular with people for whom more traditional therapies have proven ineffective.

How long does brainspotting take to work?
A typical brainspotting session will last between 60 to 90 minutes. There is no required number of sessions needed to complete brainspotting therapy, but in many cases it is delivered over the course of about six sessions. Clients are encouraged to rate their level of distress prior to a session and again following a session, and to track progress.
