As a Pakistani-American Muslim woman, my overlapping identities enable me to work with a variety of clients. I approach therapy with a culturally aware, faith-based, anti-oppressive and strengths-based lens, allowing clients to reach deep within themselves to explore their hidden potential and build upon healthy coping skills and resources to break self-destructive patterns. I am also an "Apartheid-Free Business" under the Austin Against Apartheid campaign, where I have pledged to divest from primary BDS targets.

Greetings! I’m glad that you’re here. I’m a clinical psychologist licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and 40+ additional states through PSYPACT, and I provide psychotherapy to adults (18+) through secure video calls. My approach as a therapist is integrative, relationship-oriented, and social-justice informed. I enjoy in working with folks who are interested in exploring relationship problems, family-of-origin concerns, power and privilege dynamics, self-compassion, grief, and caregiving tendencies.
