Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, but it’s often the first toward meaningful insight and lasting personal growth. We understand that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. Our approach is tailored to you—whether you’re working through past experiences, navigating present challenges, or seeking greater balance in your life. You don’t have to do it alone. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly and working toward change.

You've been poked, prodded, and told your labs are normal. Maybe a doctor has suggested it's anxiety, or that you just need to push through. But you know your body and something is wrong. Living with a chronic illness is exhausting enough on its own. Doing it while feeling dismissed, misunderstood, or alone makes it so much harder. That's exactly why I do this work. I specialize in therapy for teens, young adults, and adults living with chronic illness — conditions like POTS, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, migraine, chronic pain, and fatigue syndromes. My clients are not imagining their symptoms. They're carrying something real and heavy

All psychological issues are ultimately existential in origin, entailing a confrontation with death, loss, meaning, purpose and value. All that we do (knowingly or unknowingly) is dedicated to deciphering these daunting and irrepressible demands of existence. Few are successful in resolving or even clearly conceptualizing these existential issues and their minds inevitably descend into despair, depression and anxiety. Some seek to assuage their suffering with psychoactive substances (illicit and licit) and this leads only to addiction and abdication of autonomy over one's authentic self. My System offers a solution.

Watching your child struggle to reach their potential is painful. You may see them trying hard but falling behind in school, battling to focus, or having difficulty connecting with peers. You might be worried about ADHD, Autism, or a hidden learning disorder, and you need more than just a label—you need a roadmap. My clients are parents seeking deep clarity and actionable strategies. They want to secure the right IEP or 504 accommodations and understand exactly how their child’s brain works so they can advocate for the success and confidence their child deserves.

Neuropsychological evaluations are often helpful in determining the presence and/or extent of problems with thinking abilities, such as those occurring as a result of traumatic brain injury, stroke, dementia, ADHD, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, cancer, depression, anxiety, and more.
Do you or your family worry about your thinking abilities? Have you always wondered whether your diagnosis is accurate or wished that you had a more comprehensive evaluation of your symptoms? I perform neuropsychological and psychological evaluations that integrate various cognitive and emotional traits into a personalized and thorough evaluation. I regularly perform forensic neuropsychological and psychological evaluations for the court system. As a board certified neuropsychologist, I often perform cognitive testing to assess skills such as intelligence, attention, processing speed, executive functioning, language, and memory.

Hi prospective client, let’s figure out if this is a good fit. I work with clients who need support, a clearer understanding of themselves and their environment, and are ready for change. Clients struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, PTSD, grief, schizophrenia, bipolar, and personality disorders, as well as relationships, career support, aging, and other life issues are great candidates for therapy with me. I see individual clients of any age, families, and couples (however if under the age of 15, parent/caregiver collaboration is required). I offer a kind, supportive approach, with plenty structure and self-empowerment.

I work with adults navigating ADHD, narcissistic abuse, divorce, life transitions, relationship challenges, and addiction. People who are doing everything "right" but still feel stuck or disconnected. Maybe work is fine but the rest of life feels impossibly hard. Sleep struggles, persistent anxiety, the weight of relationship conflict, stagnant sex and intimacy. I help people understand not just how to manage their symptoms, but what's actually driving them. As someone with ADHD myself, I know what it's like to wonder why managing all the pieces is so hard. Therapy isn't just about coping better. It's about what's underneath.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. Seeking a space where you can be honest, curious, and supported without judgment. If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or perhaps disconnected from yourself or others. You might be navigating depression, relationship or intimacy concerns, sexual challenges, or the lingering effects of past experiences. You want clarity, relief, and a deeper sense of ease in your body and relationships.

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Therapists
When should someone seek treatment for a traumatic brain injury?
People should seek a diagnosis and treatment after a head injury, especially if they were unconscious, and an early diagnosis can lead to a better recovery. Signs of a concussion include headaches, nausea or vomiting, exhaustion, dizziness, vision problems, sensitivity to light and sound, problems with attention and memory, brain fog, unusual irritability or sadness, and unusual sleep patterns.

What’s the most common treatment for a traumatic brain injury?
Treatment for a traumatic brain injury will be different depending on the severity of the problem. For mild injuries, treatment may involve rest and over-the-counter pain or headache medication. For moderate or severe injuries, treatment may involve stabilization, medication, and rehabilitative therapies such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, cognitive therapy, and counseling.

How long does it take to recover from traumatic brain injury?
The recovery time for a traumatic brain injury depends on the individual and the severity and nature of the injury; the length of time spent unconscious is often an indicator of severity. Recovery time for mild injuries may be a week or two while recovery time for more severe injuries may be six months to two years. Research suggests that the vast majority of recovery occurs in the first two years after an injury; recovery after that time frame is less certain.

What if a traumatic brain injury is left untreated?
If a traumatic brain injury is left untreated, it can lead to long-term physical and mental health problems. Physical problems may include dizziness, headaches, vision, healing, or speech loss, and an elevated risk of dementia. Psychological problems may include impairments of memory, judgment, and decision-making, depression, aggression, poor impulse control, and personality changes.
