I am trained in CBT and EMDR, and use ACT and ERP therapy modalities to tailor treatment to your needs.
Many of my clients struggle with constant "what ifs," intrusive thoughts, or a nagging sense of worry they can’t shake. I often talk to people who struggle with checking things repeatedly to feel safe, or anxiety after a traumatic event has made daily life feel overwhelming. I also work with clients who are experiencing prenatal or postpartum anxiety and want to enjoy this time more fully. These feelings can be exhausting, defeating and isolating, but therapy with me means you don’t have to face anxiety or OCD alone. Support is available, and healing is possible.

As a trauma-informed clinician with nine years of experience in mental wellness, I support adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, safety concerns, trauma, social injustice, and LGBTQ+ identities. I believe in meeting you where you are, working toward goals together to achieve emotional regulation, trauma processing, and healthier relationships. Central to how I practice is the understanding that many of the thoughts, emotions, or behaviors we most want to change initially helped us survive — and that deserves acknowledgment, not judgment.

Using evidence-based tools like CBT, ERP, and mindfulness, I blend mind-body science with compassionate guidance to help you understand patterns, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
Are someone who’s tired of carrying so much—old patterns, persistent worry, health struggles, relationship stress, or the weight of simply trying to hold your life together? Maybe your mind works overtime, your body feels the impact, and you’re craving clarity, steadiness, or relief. You want a place where you can understand yourself more deeply, interrupt unhelpful cycles, and move toward a life that feels calmer, more connected, and more yours. You’re seeking change that is both meaningful and sustainable—grounded in science, but delivered with humanity.

For OCD and phobias, I incorporate exposure-based strategies ( ERP/exposure therapy), which are highly effective for reducing symptoms and helping you regain confidence in situations you've been avoiding.
If anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or fears are starting to run your life, you’re not alone and it doesn’t have to stay this way. Many of my clients enter therapy feeling stuck, caught in cycles of overthinking, avoidance, or self-doubt. I also work with clients navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and adjustment stress.
Together, we work to change your relationship with those thoughts and feelings so they have less control over your choices. Rather than just managing symptoms, my goal is to help you build a life that feels meaningful, flexible, and aligned with what matters most to you.

Being human is hard. You're frustrated or unfulfilled in your relationships, having trouble coping with negative thoughts and feelings, or feeling disconnected from yourself or your goals. While outwardly you may look like you have it all together, internally, you feel isolated, stuck, or insecure. You're often second-guessing, blaming, or criticizing yourself. Being a perfectionist is exhausting and you feel like nothing you do is ever good enough. You struggle with saying no or worry about disappointing others. You can't get out of your own head and you feel weighed down by guilt or shame. You feel alone.

You're good at keeping it together across every part of your life, professionally, personally, outwardly. But privately, something isn't working anymore. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, or the weight of past trauma, you've reached a point where pushing through on your own isn't enough. You want to understand what's actually driving your struggles and build something more lasting than another coping strategy. I'm a clinical psychologist who specializes in working with high-functioning adults and older teens (16+) whose inner lives don't match the competence they show the world.

I will work hard to make sure you wholeheartedly believe that your mental health diagnosis does not have to define who you are. While I can’t promise that therapy will always be fun and something you look forward to week after week, I do believe therapy has the potential to be transformative for you if you allow it to be. My number one goal is to provide you with a safe space for you to be authentically and unapologetically you, without any filters or judgment. I will always be there to trust you, support you, and gently nudge you (when you need it, and trust me, we all need a little nudge once in a while).

You’re the one people count on—at work, in your family, in your relationship. You’re steady, thoughtful, successful… and lately, a little unsettled. Maybe you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or just quietly worn down by the pressure to hold it all. You want more—more connection, more ease, more truth in how you live and love. You’re not falling apart, but you’re not thriving either. You’re ready to stop bypassing your own needs and start reclaiming your time, your truth, and your right to a life that feels free, grounded, and deeply yours.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) Therapists
Do I need exposure and response prevention therapy?
Many clients decide to seek help for obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors when these symptoms are distressing enough to disrupt everyday life. Any thoughts or behaviors that cause friction in close relationships are also worth addressing. In addition, the client’s symptoms don’t have to be severe for them to benefit from ERP therapy.
Is exposure and response prevention therapy part of cognitive behavioral therapy?
Exposure and response prevention is one specific type of CBT that focuses on behavioral change in response to triggering stimuli. It is related to exposure therapy but adds an additional component of preventing compulsive and harmful responses.
How long does exposure and response prevention therapy take?
While every patient is different, exposure and response prevention therapy typically lasts around 12 sessions, although some treatments can take longer. A therapist will determine if the treatment is complete based on how the client faces their fears, particularly the strongest ones. When a client feels less anxiety about stimuli that once evoked terror or distress, that is generally an indication that they are nearing the end of ERP therapy.
What are the limitations of exposure and response prevention therapy?
The most common pitfalls of exposure and response prevention therapy include not addressing a client’s core fears, allowing the client to avoid their most distressing stimuli, and using imaginary exposure when the client requires real-life exposure (and vice versa). ERP therapy is most effective when the client commits to the full course of treatment; if the client stops early or doesn’t practice what they have learned outside of therapy sessions, they are less likely to have successful outcomes.
