Life is a journey, they say. It consists of milestones and experiences filled with excitement, fun, curiosity, adventure and at the same time can be overwhelming, stressful, isolating, and difficult. It also involves crossing paths with existing systems that are inequitable and oppressive, which can feel confusing, lost, defeating, and discouraging. In my practice, I seek to serve those who are embarking on this journey of life, with its joys and jumbles. Individuals coping with life transitions; experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, self-doubt; exploring identities; and living with a chronic and/or terminal illness.
