For me, psychoanalytic therapy remains one of the most innovative treatments to explore our innermost, often unknown parts of the self—locating both the words and an access to the body that helps work-through many kinds of pain, meaning, and lived experiences. Symptoms, while being a source of profound distress, reflect meaningful expressions of unconscious desire, inner conflict, and formative personal history. I view my work with clients as bringing them closer to the transformative possibilities that arise when we speak and listen—with patience, warmth and curiosity—for the deeper meanings to emerge.

When was the last time you felt truly heard? Life can feel as though you're stuck in a maze without a chance to breath or sense of purpose. You may feel confused, alone, or overwhelmed, but you're not. I've successfully helped clients work through life's adversities, strengthen practical coping skills, and view the present and future in a realistic, positive way. I've also helped clients with chronic illness or disabilities maximize quality of life and reach goals, such as returning to work or school, or being a better parent or spouse. We'll set up a plan to meet your current needs, then empower you to reach your goals, together.

You might be an adolescent, college student, or young adult who looks “fine” on the outside—but on the inside, you’re exhausted from holding it together. Maybe anxiety has gotten louder, your mood feels unpredictable, or you’re dealing with panic, depression, trauma stress, ADHD or sleep issues that make daily life feel heavier than it should.
Career starters and new parents often come in feeling stretched thin, emotionally on edge, and unsure whether what they’re experiencing is “normal stress” or something that needs real support. Sometimes the hardest part is not having words for what’s wrong—just knowing something feels off.
