I use evidence based approaches such as ERP, CBT, ACT, EMDR, and parts work (IFS) to support meaningful, lasting change.
My ideal clients are curious about themselves but feel stuck, caught in patterns of anxiety, fear, or overwhelm that are hard to break alone. They’re not just looking to “get rid of symptoms,” but to truly understand what’s going on beneath the surface and learn how to move through life with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
I support this process by offering a collaborative, relational space where you can make sense of your experiences, and begin to shift long-standing patterns. Together, we’ll explore both the “why” behind what you’re feeling and find practical strategies to gain insight and create real, lasting change.

Most people I work with are doing well on paper — but still feel stuck.
You might be successful, driven, and capable, yet find yourself overthinking, doubting yourself, or feeling disconnected from your confidence and emotions. Maybe you’re tired of always being “the responsible one,” holding it together, or staying productive while something underneath feels unsettled.
I’m a warm psychologist with 12 years of experience, and I specialize in working with professionals who want to feel more secure in themselves and break patterns that keep them from living the life they want.

I provide individual therapy for adults carrying the weight of always being "the strong one," the high achiever, the caretaker, and the high functioning professional. You're exhausted from performing, overthinking, and pushing through while your own needs go unmet. You don't have to keep carrying everything alone. I provide a safe, trauma-informed space to untangle these patterns and truly begin caring for yourself.

If you are trapped in relentless OCD loops, exhausted by an eating disorder, or navigating the heavy physical toll of chronic pain, illness, and severe insomnia, you likely feel disconnected from your own life and body. These struggles often become even more complicated during reproductive milestones like infertility, pregnancy, or postpartum. I specialize in helping clients reclaim their lives from these overlapping mental and physical burdens.

You are successful and driven but inside your mind never stops racing. Your heart feels heavy. You second guess, overthink, and people please, leaving little space for yourself. Lately you have been up at night thinking "I give so much to others and I have forgotten myself."
Maybe it goes even deeper. Maybe there are thoughts that will not leave you alone no matter what you do. Thoughts that feel shameful, confusing, or completely out of character. You seek reassurance but the cycle always starts again.
Whether you are navigating anxiety or OCD, you deserve care that actually addresses what is keeping you stuck.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) Therapists
Do I need exposure and response prevention therapy?
Many clients decide to seek help for obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors when these symptoms are distressing enough to disrupt everyday life. Any thoughts or behaviors that cause friction in close relationships are also worth addressing. In addition, the client’s symptoms don’t have to be severe for them to benefit from ERP therapy.
Is exposure and response prevention therapy part of cognitive behavioral therapy?
Exposure and response prevention is one specific type of CBT that focuses on behavioral change in response to triggering stimuli. It is related to exposure therapy but adds an additional component of preventing compulsive and harmful responses.
How long does exposure and response prevention therapy take?
While every patient is different, exposure and response prevention therapy typically lasts around 12 sessions, although some treatments can take longer. A therapist will determine if the treatment is complete based on how the client faces their fears, particularly the strongest ones. When a client feels less anxiety about stimuli that once evoked terror or distress, that is generally an indication that they are nearing the end of ERP therapy.
What are the limitations of exposure and response prevention therapy?
The most common pitfalls of exposure and response prevention therapy include not addressing a client’s core fears, allowing the client to avoid their most distressing stimuli, and using imaginary exposure when the client requires real-life exposure (and vice versa). ERP therapy is most effective when the client commits to the full course of treatment; if the client stops early or doesn’t practice what they have learned outside of therapy sessions, they are less likely to have successful outcomes.
