I help people when life is not going the way they expected. I work with individuals and groups as they navigate issues like anxiety, questions of identity and faith, relationships, conflict and depression. Since earning my Masters at Johns Hopkins University, I have been committed to providing quality services to all my clients. As a therapist, I am inspired by the techniques introduced through CBT, DBT, Existential and Client-Centered theorists.
My objective is to improve the lives of my clients by offering them a safe, supportive and encouraging environment where we explore their current struggles, gain new insights and chart a concrete and clear pathway forward. My desire is to help each client find hope through the use of individualized, nuanced and evidence based strategies.
Please call or email to set up an appointment. Everyone’s story is important and it would be an honor to hear yours and walk with you through whatever struggles you might be facing today.
