You’re not necessarily looking for long-term therapy, but you know that you could benefit from someone to check-in with on a regular basis… a counselor who is solution-oriented and future-focused. I operate Adventure Therapy Northwest LLC for clients in Southern Oregon & Alaska Online Counseling LLC for those in CO, AK, WA, OR, UT, & LA. I do a lot of work with First Responders and Law Enforcement. I specialize in IOP: Co-Occurring Addiction/Behavioral Health. DBT, CBT, Existential, Psychodynamic, Family, & Christian Counseling.
I work closely with Trinity Counseling Center in Southern Oregon, & Walk the Talk America, a 501c(3) organization that believes that by improving the quality & availability of mental health resources to gun owners we can reduce suicide by firearm. We are paving the way by educating mental health professionals about gun culture & breaking negative stigma.

The power of Adventure Therapy plus the support/feedback of a group. Groups provide a shared community experience that broadens the feedback and support that can be gained from Adventure Therapy and can be very powerful and economical option. Adventure Therapy modalities will be updated regularly, to include a wide range of possible outings, from: kayaking/canoeing, hiking, goat hikes, trail walking, and more. Sessions are at your own risk and un-guided. NOTE: These groups are approximately 90 minutes long per session.
