Did you know that a good client/therapist fit is the greatest predictor in successful outcomes with therapy? That is why it's important for you to know what you can expect from me. I work with both couples and individuals, and I love both. With individuals I find my primary goal is to get you to a place where you trust yourself. Why? Because you are smart. I am not an expert in your life, but I can connect you with tools and support for you to be able to manage your whole life a little better. I often say that therapy is a practice not a treatment. The growth you experience depends on how you apply what you learn.

I enjoy implementing a variety of systemic models to deconstruct who you are as individuals and what that ultimately means in how two people build a life together. I am passionate about serving marginalized populations. All relationships are impacted by broader systems of oppression that strip us of our individuality and discourage connection.

I specialize in LGBTQ+ relational therapy and ADHD assessment and coaching. As a person with ADHD, I know how hard it is to go from a place of knowing - to doing.
