We specialize in working with individuals and couples, utilizing an array of modalities including EMDR, Animal-Assisted Psychotherapy, Ego State Therapy, DBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy as an integral part of individual and couples therapy sessions. We have a passion for working with first responders, active-duty military, veterans, and their families.
