I am a trauma-informed, weight-inclusive, Clinical Psychologist. I work with clients hoping to reconnect with themselves and others and reduce their distress. I have extensive training and expertise in supporting individuals in recovery from disordered eating (including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, obesity) and body dissatisfaction as well as co-occurring mood disorders . While I have significant expertise in eating disorder recovery, I also have a substantial background in supporting adolescents, adults and couples struggling with life transitions, stress, anxiety, marriage, infidelity, and parenting.
Eating disorders impact individuals across the lifespan. I treat ages 16+ and often work with individuals in academic and medical professions. The foundation of my therapeutic work is the relationship between me and my client.
I offer comprehensive assessment and evaluation services (cognitive + personality) and consultation for individuals who believe they may have ADHD as well as for those looking to clarify a mental health diagnosis. The results can be provided to you and your school/treatment team to guide future treatment and justify accommodations to support your needs..
