I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and an entrepreneur. I own two small businesses outside of my counseling work. I enjoy being outdoors (unless it's too cold!), spending time with my kids, and reading. I am the chair of my local Commission on Aging and of our Dementia Friendly Action Team.
