My approach integrates EMDR for trauma processing with DBT-informed therapy, to develop practical skills and access deeper healing. We focus on nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and strengthening relationships so you can feel more grounded and secure. Therapy moves at a pace you feel comfortable with to access meaningful growth and change.
My sessions are compassionate and structured in a collaborative way with you as the expert.
