I believe in this so strongly that our first session together will be free so you can meet me and see for yourself if this is a good fit. You need someone personable and genuine to relate to; to help you feel safe, challenge you to grow, and possibly even make you laugh.
You are more than a list of issues or diagnoses. I will seek to understand who you are and the level of support you need most in this process. Some are looking for a listening ear while others want to be challenged with assignments, feedback and advice. I will honor whatever works best for you.
