I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals in their mental health journeys. My mission is to meet you where you are, empowering you to take control of your life. I prioritize building strong therapeutic relationships through compassion, empathy, warmth, and a touch of humor, creating a positive environment for healing and growth. I specialize in guiding individuals through stress, anxiety, and life transitions by fostering healthy boundaries with romantic partners, family, friends, and colleagues. I believe strong relationships are key to mental wellness, no matter the challenge.
My approach in therapy will help you explore possibilities for a better quality of life. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and helping people develop stronger, healthier relationships. I achieve this by being genuinely curious about who people are at their core, and I enjoy helping patients rediscover and build confidence in themselves.
I am experienced in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) in individual therapy. I believe that no two people need the same kind of support, so I encourage feedback so patients feel that we are working toward their unique goals.
I offer late afternoon and EVENING appointments.
