I offer Christian counseling to those who wish to incorporate their faith into the therapeutic and healing process. I want to help you break free from the cycle of unhealthy patterns and relationships and step into a life of hope, fulfillment, and purpose!
I use a solution-focused approach along with CBT/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. I am compassionate, collaborative, direct, and goal-oriented. I weave coaching into the mix as well.
