I have had over 20 years of experience working with a wide variety of personality types and treatment issues. I strive to find the approach that will work best for you. I want to understand your treatment goals, offer support when needed, and also offer challenges and new perspective when needed/wanted too.
I have a lot of experience working with anxiety, PTSD, depression, self-esteem, conflict resolution, and relationship problems. I have considerable experience working with victims of abuse (childhood and relational) and want to provide a safe place for you to work at your own pace.
