I help couples to rebuild trust, create a deeper connection and learn to communicate effectively in order to create and maintain a strong relationship. If your relationship has been impacted by trust issues, constant bickering or fighting, or if over time you have felt more like roommates than spouses, I am here to help! I work with couples to rediscover the reasons you fell in love in the first place, rebuild trust in relationships after affairs, learn to communicate effectively, build a stronger connection, and to create the relationship that fulfills you both.
I am a Gottman trained Couples Therapist, and I work with couples to create a closer emotional connection, regulate strong emotions, and communicate in an effective way with one another. I believe that many of us simply do not have skills needed in order to manage challenging relationship issues, and this is where Couples Therapy can help.
