As an educator of 15 years and a licensed clinical social worker for 28 years, I work with adults looking to address their anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and anger management. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. I have assisted hundreds of adults and couples in redesigning their lives and relationships. I prefer a therapeutic approach includes CBT, trauma informed care and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques-also known as Tapping) among others. My intention is to empower you to think with intention, live by choice and unleash your own power.
As a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to assist clients as they resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. With sensitivity and compassion, I partner with clients as they find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.
