S.C.A.S.E. (Self-Care and Self-Esteem) is an encouraging and uplifting shared therapeutic space that fosters self-care improvement and healthy self-esteem development. In eight weeks, S.C.A.S.E. addresses and discusses vitally important topics such as life balance, personal identity, core values, individual strengths, boundaries, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy/dialectical behavior therapy (CBT/DBT), among a wide range of additional focal areas. S.C.A.S.E. empowers and enlightens group supporters through engaging insights and viable skills aimed at helping people live their best quality lives.

The A.A.C.E.
