I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy for children, teens, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, identity development, and family conflict. Using TF-CBT, DBT, ACT, and strengths-based approaches, I help clients build emotional regulation, resilience, and self-compassion in a safe, supportive space.
