I specialize in trauma and enjoy working with an array of therapeutic issues. I lean towards a strengths-based, attachment, and systems approach. I believe significant change in one person can impact an entire system. I also believe a holistic, mindful and cognitive approach coupled with behavioral changes is effective for many people.
