Having a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and valued is essential. I warmly invite you into a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore who you are and what your needs are in order to heal and grow. I deeply believe that you are the expert of your own experience, and I use a collaborative approach to support you in exploring, understanding, and shaping your path forward.
I work with clients in both an individual and relationship capacity, helping people deepen their understanding of themselves, their connections, and their emotional intimacy with others. My areas of specialization include chronic illness, LGBTQ+ folks, neurodivergence, trauma-related dissociation, and complex trauma.
As a queer, trans, and neurodiverse therapist, I know how difficult it can be to take this step. I am here to support you, exactly as you are, with care and understanding. If you're interested in seeing if we are a good fit, reach out via email or phone & we can chat about how I can support you.
