My clients are adults who have been trying to figure it out on their own and are finally ready for real support. They're stuck in self-sabotaging patterns they can't seem to break, carrying unhealed trauma that keeps showing up in their relationships and daily life, or living under the weight of negative beliefs about themselves that feel completely true no matter what they do. They're not in crisis. They're functional. But underneath the surface, something keeps getting in the way of the life they know they're capable of living. They want a therapist who will hear them, challenge them with care, and help them get to the root issue.
I help people who are stuck in self-sabotage loops, unhealed trauma, and the deep negative core beliefs that keep them stuck in these patterns they desperately want to break. Using EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help adults get to the root of what's holding them back and work with them to actively change the pattern
I see my clients as real people with real stories, with a history, a hope, a version of themselves they're working toward. People want to work with a therapist who sees their story and can help them write a better next chapter. It's an honor to walk alongside my clients in their story.
