About
Delivering counseling services to families, couples and individuals for 22 years. Using creative techniques to meet the needs of each individual, family, or couple. Learning from each person I meet and the growth and experience I gain from them. The satisfaction I get from seeing these individuals as they accomplish their goals and become self reliant as well as how much they care for themselves beyond the therapeutic relationship is what I enjoy most.
I have raised 5 children. I enjoy my kids and grandkids and the time I get to spend with them. I enjoy the memories we develop. I enjoy spending time with my dogs, since they greet me each day with a tail wag. The best is cuddling with the grandkids and dogs every chance I get.
During this challenging time it is important to become more creative with resources and skills and I feel I have been able to meet the challenges presented during Covid. I look forward to meeting you and building a care plan that will give you the tools you need to be the best YOU that you can be. So find me at my website and book your appointment today.
