Welcome to My Practice! I’m glad you’re here. I offer truly individualized care—tailored to your unique needs, pace, and goals. Every aspect of your experience, is managed directly by me to ensure personal attention and continuity of care. After 30 years in the mental health field, I provide meaningful, one-on-one therapeutic work. At this stage in my career, I’ve intentionally created a small, client-centered practice where quality of care takes precedence over quantity. I have a specialty in substance misuse/addiction with extensive experience working with anxiety disorders. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for your needs.

I’ve designed a space where we can address your needs. I specialize in substance use/misuse, anxiety and life transitions. Special populations that will benefit from my professional experience are heathcare professionals needing a provider that understands the demands and pressures in the related work and those navigating difficult workplace culture.
