I have always been passionate about helping people through difficult times in life. We all have our own struggles and sometimes we need help to walk through them. I have several years' experience in working with clients in a safe and non-judgmental style. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, yet very rooted in evidence-based practices. This allows me to tailor interventions to each client's unique needs.
I am proficient in CBT, REBT, EMDR, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, DBT, ACT, among many other techniques. I use approaches that are invaluable in helping people of all ages process trauma, express their experiences and emotions, and challenge unhelpful patterns that lead to emotional distress. This in turn, allows healing and self-discovery.
