I provide a place of non judgment and collaboratively we can explore struggles that interfere with your daily life in order to find healthy solutions.
My approach to therapy targets any concerns that are creating conflict in the individual or family. I help people with real fears, anxiety, depression, grief and family conflict. I have helped many families and adolescents work through conflicts and together we have established healthier relationships.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17 years experience in supportive housing, inpatient and outpatient services, emergency room crisis and adolescent/family therapy. My dual experience of crisis and outpatient settings allows me to recognize when someone needs additional help.
