I work with individuals coping with anxiety, depression, grief, & trauma, and couples/families working to be closer. I have specialized training & experience working with survivors of sexual abuse/assault. I help clients learn to differentiate emotions from thoughts, beliefs, & values so as to empower them to better identify their needs in order to grow.
