I work with individuals coping with anxiety, depression, grief, & trauma and couples/families working to be closer. I have specialized training & experience working with survivors of sexual abuse/assault. I help clients differentiate their emotions from their thoughts & beliefs to better align with their values to empower them to make the changes they want.
