My passion is helping Couples find deep & lasting connection. If you've been scarred by a betrayal or have gradually lost connection over time, I can help you find your way back to each other using cutting edge attachment science. My primary approach is Emotionally Focused Therapy. I help couples & individuals understand the relational "dance" or "negative cycle" that is at play within themselves & in their key relationships. Using this deeper understanding, we work together to recreate a new "dance," one that leads to more secure and satisfying relationships with self & others.
I begin couples therapy with a comprehensive, 3-session assessment that identifies your unique strength & growth areas. This assessment helps me understand your relationship with greater clarity & ensures that my recommendations are specifically targeted to your unique needs. This "slower start" makes therapy more efficient & effective in the long run.
