I specialize in play therapy with the use of directed games, imaginary play, art, and sand tray techniques. My Cognitive Behavioral approaches are great with children, teens and their families. Clients can work on problem solving, coping skills, communication, etc. And I am skilled in TheraPlay which has been known to aide in the parent/child relationship.
Over 10 years of experience with children of all ages, helping them improve their relationships with others. I have worked with children with ADHD, ODD, PTSD, anxiety, and more.
