My 15 years of social work experience has focused on individual's experiencing life-transitions, identity issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I use a mix of therapeutic modalities, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral, Person-centered, Trust Based Relational Intervention, Internal Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing.
Therapy provides an outlet to express your thoughts and emotions, to increase your awareness, promote your personal growth and strengthen your relationships.
