Hi there! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy works best when it feels real, safe, and even a little lighthearted at times. Im quirky, real, and won't sugar coat the hard stuff. My space is inclusive and affirming for the LGBTQIA+ community and its ok to talk about politics and current events because the world is scary right now.

I specialize in working through trauma using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a gentle and effective approach that helps people move past painful memories. I also lean on person-centered and solution-focused approaches, guided by my three H’s: Humor, History, and Honesty. We’ll explore your story, find what works for you.
Over the years, I’ve worked in hospice care, integrated behavioral care, community corrections, addictions, religious trauma, and foster care—so I understand that everyone’s path is unique. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity and compassion.
