Extensively trained to include EMDR Certified for 18yrs (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), Brainspotting, Polyvagal, Cognitive Processing Trauma Therapy, Havening, Mindfulness Therapy, Attachment/Relational, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic (Body) Therapy and more.
