Counseling is a collaborative process where my goal as your therapist is to help facilitate change by building upon your strengths, talking openly and honestly about the issues you struggle with, helping you to gain self-worth, and teach you coping skills and techniques to manage your mental health symptoms and live a productive sober life with dignity.
