Helping individuals overcome challenges that are keeping them from living their best life is my passion. Relationship is at the core of all we do thus I build relationships with my clients on a foundation of collaboration, support, trust and respect.
My primary intervention is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which has been identified as an evidence based counseling approach. I have extensive experience supporting survivors of childhood sexual abuse, child abuse, domestic violence and torture. Other issues include depression, stress, anxiety, women's issues, life transitions and grief.
The greatest relationship we can have is with self. My goal is to help you grow in self awareness, heal from hurt and develop a love for self so you can create a productive life. Counseling services are tailored to the unique person, YOU. My services are primarily offered via teletherapy/SimplePractice.
