Female Abuse Weekly Support/Therapy Group
This women's support group offers a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space for individuals who have experienced abuse, trauma, domestic violence, or controlling relationships. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, build healthy coping skills, and receive support in their healing journey. The group focuses on empowerment, resilience, personal growth, and fostering meaningful connections within a supportive community. No martial arts training, exercise, or physical activity is required. All participation is voluntary, and privacy and comfort are respected.
