In my experience, therapy doesn't have to take a long time; it takes as long as it needs to, which varies from person to person. I don't believe in "one size fits all" therapy. We're each unique and together we'll find your unique path to regain and maintain health.
I use a depth psychological approach, which involves acknowledging the unconscious as a companion in the therapeutic process. My method is truly eclectic, however, and based on your needs and temperament. I frequently use EMDR, dreamwork, talk therapy, mindfulness, and sandplay. I also use Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy.
