I work with high-achieving adults who appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or emotionally stuck on the inside. Many of my clients are executives, entrepreneurs, physicians, attorneys, and other high-performing professionals who carry immense responsibility, pressure, and expectations—often while privately struggling with trauma, perfectionism, relationship stress, or chronic overthinking. My goal is to provide a space where you can stop performing, exhale, and finally feel supported in a meaningful way.
My approach is trauma-informed, structured, and results-oriented, while still grounded in warmth and connection. I use evidence-based modalities including EMDR, RO-DBT, CBT, ACT-informed strategies, and attachment-based therapy to help clients process trauma, reduce anxiety, and create lasting emotional change.
I also offer private-pay EMDR intensives for clients who want deeper progress in a shorter time frame. Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and focused on lasting change—not quick fixes.
