Welcome! Life is full of challenges, and sometimes it can feel like you're stuck, disconnected, or off-balance. That's where I come in. I'm a Marriage and Family Therapy intern with over 25 years of experience as an occupational therapist (OT). My passion is helping individuals and couples rediscover their sense of connection, meaning, and possibility. In my work, I believe in the power of the mind-body connection. I combine my years of experience as an OT, knowledge from my MFT training, and expertise in EFT and trauma-focused modalities like Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Brainspotting to help my clients heal from the inside out.
Whether you're struggling with relationship issues, past trauma, or everyday stress, I’m here to help you move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
