I am a compassionate mental health therapist dedicated to helping clients feel seen, understood, and empowered as they navigate life's challenges. My practice focuses on trauma-informed care, using attachment-based therapy and other modalities to support healing, resilience, and meaningful change. I focus on clients navigating trauma, attachment wounds, and relational challenges. I am especially attuned to those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood, helping them make sense of their experience and build healthier patterns.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and client-centered. You focus on understanding each person's story through and attachment lens. At the core, I prioritize creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to move toward lasting change and deeper connection.
