I am a mental health therapist who believes healing starts with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where people can show up exactly as they are-without judgement-and work toward meaningful change at their own pace. My approach is compassionate, client-centered and trauma informed, and I focus on helping people build up practical coping skills while also understanding the deeper experiences that shape their lives.
Your first session with me is really about getting to know you -not judging you, not rushing you, and not expecting you to have everything figured out. Starting therapy can feel nerve-wracking, so I focus on creating a space where you can feel comfortable, safe, and respected from the beginning.
In our sessions, I often use tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you manage big emotions, quiet anxious thoughts, and practice healthier coping skills in your daily life.
