This weekly virtual support group provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for individuals who have experienced one or more traumatic events (e.g., physical, emotional, or sexual abuse; neglect; domestic violence; bullying; prolonged medical treatments, etc.). Through shared experiences and connections with others, we focus on building resilience and fostering growth, helping you move beyond survival to rediscover hope, connection, and empowerment.

Virtual Grief/bereavement Support Group for Adults
Dealing with the loss of a loved one is not only extremely difficult, but it can feel very isolating. It's a pain that might be hard to explain to others, so seeking support from others who are also mourning can be a comforting experience. If you've lost a loved one, this support group may provide you with a therapeutic space to process your grief and feel less alone. You'll also learn helpful ways to cope with bereavement. Traumatic events can impact every aspect of one’s daily life and well-being. This virtual support group aims to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for individuals who have experienced one or more traumatic events (e.g., physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, domestic violence, bullying, etc.).
