I am currently accepting new clients who are able to schedule between 8am-3pm Tuesday - Thursday. I provide therapy for clients 16 years old and up and all sessions are virtual. I offer individual therapy, EMDR therapy and EMDR Intensives.

I am a Certified EMDR therapist and am passionate about my work in trauma recovery. EMDR is very effective in processing thoughts and feelings about traumatic events and allowing clients to let go of the emotion attached to the trauma. EMDR is also very effective in reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression. Now offering EMDR Intensives.

It's ok to ask for help if you need it. I do not judge anyone and am a good listener. I often use EMDR therapy for PTSD, trauma, anxiety and depression. I use a remote program that we can both access on our screen and help clients to process thoughts and feelings. EMDR is a fast and effective way to correct maladaptive thoughts without having to talk much about it. Some clients prefer talk therapy or a mixture of both.
