For the past six years, I’ve helped Veterans connect with mental health services. I also have experience working with adolescents and adults involved in Child Protective Services, where I developed strong skills in patience, adaptability, compassion, and meeting clients where they are.
My approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and collaboration. Therapy is a partnership—we’ll create a treatment plan tailored to your goals that grows with you. I use a variety of methods to find what works best, supporting you in building insight, resilience, and becoming your most authentic self.
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other. I’ll learn what brings you in, your goals, and your history to better understand your experience.
